I had a mixed experience at the hotel. Although the location was near major areas and by the beach, the rooms had a dark appearance that felt like a dungeon. On the bright side, the strong air conditioning was a plus for me.

I loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were excellent and the location was great. The service was top-notch, and the dining experience was exceptional. However, the rooms are a bit far from the Lobby, which was a minor inconvenience.

After climbing 40 steps to my room by flashlight, the hotel had a dark appearance of a dungeon, but the service played a significant role in making us feel very comfortable and safe throughout the stay. The location in Catamaran was convenient for infants meals and the dining experience was exceptional with grilled meat. Although the dark appearance of the rooms was a downside, the talented animation team and welcoming atmosphere added to the overall experience.

The location scored high as it felt like a big resort family with a history of retaining loyal clients over the years. Dining experience was exceptional, especially the seafood dishes. The facilities were well-maintained and offered a pleasant stay overall.
